These Terms and Conditions will be part of the contract between the customer and Lynsey Harris, trading as Lynsey Luu.

 

 

1. Contract of Sale

All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. When you place an order to Lynsey Luu, you will be requested for full payment then you'll receive an e-mail confirming your order. A receipt with the details of your order will also be sent once payment is made in full.

 

The final acceptance of your order will be complete at the time you receive your Dispatch Confirmation email. Any products ordered after this will not be included in this order, however, an additional order will have to be taken instead.

 

The ownership remains with Lynsey Luu until the complete payment of the order has been made. 

 

 

 

2. Prices & Availability

All prices are given in Pound Sterling (£).

Prices may change at any time. If an error has occurred in the price, I will contact you as soon as possible & you will have the option to continue, amend or cancel your order.

The prices do not include delivery charges, these are added to your order at the checkout.

 

All displayed items are subject to availability - I stock other shops as well as my website so I cannot guarantee the availability of items, especially if the item is low in stock. 

 

 

 

3. Delivery Charges

Mainland UK delivery

Delivery cost are based on size, e.g large letter, small parcel. 

All invoices are on pro-forma basis (your order will be dispatched once full payment is received).

International delivery

4. Payment Terms

Payment should be made in full at the checkout. Failure to make punctual payment may result in suspending any outstanding deliveries or to cancel the contract without prejudice. I understand and will exercise my statutory rights to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if I am not paid according to agreed credit terms.

While every effort is made to send complete orders, I reserve the right to make part deliveries.

 

 

 

5. Returns & Exchanges

I will happily accept returns and exchanges however you need to contact me within 14 days of delivery with your order number and ship the item(s) back to me within 30 days of delivery. The item(s) must be in NEW condition unless agreed otherwise by myself.  

 

Items which cannot be returned include anything custom or personalised, earrings and sale items.

 

If you're returning an item, you will be responsible for the item and paying P&P. Once the item has been received and checked over I will issue a refund for the item. If the item is damaged or unsellable (unless previously discussed) you will not be eligible for a refund.

 

If your item(s) arrives broken or is incorrect please contact me within 14 days of delivery with your order number and ship the item(s) back to me within 30 days of delivery. I'll organise either a refund or exchange for you. You may be requested to send me any photos of the damaged items where appropriate.

 

 

 

 

6. Display on the Website

Although every image is taken to represent it as accurately as possible, colours may appear different. This will depend on your monitor and computer equipment, I am therefore unable to guarantee that the product images are an accurate representation of the actual product. Please check the dimensions given as images may not show it to the correct scale.

 

 

 

7. Use of Cookies

My website uses cookies as a way to help me remember and process items in your shopping cart as well as understand and save your preferences for future visits, e.g your chosen language. this information is used to observe and improve my website for your use. By using this website you agree with Lynsey Luu using cookies.  You can disable cookies in your browser, however the website may not function properly.

I am committed to protecting your privacy and promise never to sell, distribute or disclose information regarding your data to any third parties without your consent or unless required or permitted to do so by law. Your shipping/billing address and contact information will only be used to communicate with you regarding your order, to post out your order to you and for legal reasons e.g doing my accounts. By placing an order or signing up to my newsletter, you are consenting to this data being acquired. 

 

Any data you have provided me with will be kept secure. Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to request a copy of any information I hold about you and to have any inaccuracies corrected or removed. To do so, please e-mail me at any time info@lynseyluu.co.uk 

 

If you are aged 16 or under, you must get your parent/guardian’s permission before you provide me with your personal information. Unless you have this consent you are not allowed to place an order with Lynsey Luu or give me your information.
