These Terms and Conditions will be part of the contract between the customer and Lynsey Harris, trading as Lynsey Luu.

 

 

1. Contract of Sale

All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. When you place an order with Lynsey Luu, you will be requested for full payment & you'll receive an e-mail confirming your order. A receipt with the details of your order will also be sent once payment is made in full.

 

The final acceptance of your order will be complete at the time you receive your Dispatch Confirmation email. Any products ordered after this will not be included in this order, however, an additional order will have to be taken instead.

 

The ownership remains with Lynsey Luu until the complete payment of the order has been made. 

 

 

 

2. Prices & Availability

All prices are given in Pound Sterling (£).

Prices may change at any time. If an error has occurred in the price, I will contact you as soon as possible & you will have the option to continue, amend or cancel your order.

The prices do not include delivery charges, this is added to your order on your invoice.

 

All displayed items are subject to availability - I stock other shops as well as my website so I cannot guarantee the availability of items, especially if the item is low in stock.

 

RRPs can be seen in the retail section, these can be used as a guideline but feel free to use your own judgment.

 

*Please note that certain pin badges with 'free stickers' or "official certificates' are only available from Lynsey Luu. These extras are not included in the price & will not be sent out with said items. The price is for a single pin badge sold in the multiple specified. 

 

 

 

3. Minimum Order & Delivery Charges

The minimum order is £120 (excluding delivery), regardless of where your order is being delivered to. This must be met before your order will be accepted.

 

Mainland UK delivery

Delivery cost is £8.50, for orders over £250: it's FREE! 

All invoices are on pro-forma basis (your order will be dispatched once full payment is received).

Delivery is charged per order.

 

International delivery

International orders will have the delivery costs calculated based on weight & destination. This will usually be received within 2-5 business days* from dispatch. International orders are welcome to organise their own shipping. All invoices are on pro-forma basis (your order will be dispatched once full payment is received).

4. Payment Terms

Payment should be made in full via BACS within 7 working days from the date of invoice. Failure to make punctual payment may result in suspending any outstanding deliveries or to cancel the contract without prejudice. I understand and will exercise my statutory rights to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if we are not paid according to agreed credit terms.

While every effort is made to send complete orders, I reserve the right to make part deliveries.

 

 

 

5. Returns & Exchanges

All trade orders are final, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is faulty or damaged. You must contact me within 3 days of delivery for faulty or missing items. You may be requested to send me any photos of the damaged items where appropriate & in some cases, you will need to send me the item back. 

 

 

If you're returning a faulty/damaged item, you will need to do so within 14 days of delivery. The item will be your responsibility & you will also need to get 'proof of postage', this is so I can refund the postage for you. Once the item has been received and checked over I'll organise an exchange & refund your postage costs. Please allow 7- 14 days for your exchange to arrive.

6. Display on the Website

Although every image is taken to represent it as accurately as possible, colours may appear different. This will depend on your monitor and computer equipment, I am therefore unable to guarantee that the product images are an accurate representation of the actual product. Please check the dimensions given as images may not show it to the correct scale.

 

 

 

7. Use of Cookies

My website uses cookies as a way to help me remember and process items in your shopping cart as well as understand and save your preferences for future visits, e.g your chosen language. this information is used to observe and improve my website for your use. By using this website you agree with Lynsey Luu using cookies.  You can disable cookies in your browser, however the website may not function properly.

I am committed to protecting your privacy and promise never to sell, distribute or disclose information regarding your data to any third parties without your consent or unless required or permitted to do so by law. Your shipping/billing address and contact information will only be used to communicate with you regarding your order, to post out your order to you and for legal reasons e.g doing my accounts. By placing an order or signing up to my newsletter, you are consenting to this data being acquired.
